The story
Fully permitted remodel in Boise’s Collister neighborhood, combining fresh finishes with the character of an established setting. The interior features new flooring, fresh paint, new cabinets and vanities, quartz countertops, and tiled showers. The kitchen includes a quartz breakfast bar with room for bar stools, creating a convenient spot for casual meals, morning coffee, or gathering while cooking. A fireplace adds warmth and character, while new rain gutters and basement egress windows round out the improvements. Step outside to a spacious backyard with plenty of room for gardening, outdoor activities, or simply enjoying time at home. The backyard deck provides space for outdoor dining and gathering, while the pergola area offers a potential spot for a future hot tub. Enjoy nearby outdoor recreation with Catalpa Park approximately half a mile away and foothill trails at Hillside to Hollow Reserve close by. The Boise River Greenbelt, downtown Boise, local coffee shops, dining, and grocery options are also within easy reach. A remodeled home with generous outdoor space and convenient access to many of Boise’s highlights.
