Skoop operates an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with users who have opted in. This section describes how the program works, how to opt in and out, and the terms that apply to messages you receive from us.

You opt in to receive text messages from Skoop by submitting your mobile phone number through the Skoop widget or a Skoop-operated form and affirmatively agreeing to receive SMS messages via the consent checkboxes on that form.
