The story
Welcome to 8446 Grand View, where the view isn't just grand, it's iconic. Laurel Canyon has long been home to legendary actors, directors and musicians, and this gated compound sits above it all. A visionary down-to-the-studs renovation delivers 2,894 sqft in a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom main house plus a separate 2 bedroom 3.5 bathroom ADU. A disappearing-glass wall living room opens to two expansive decks, with panoramic views over downtown to Catalina Island. Start the day with alfresco yoga at sunrise, and end it with a cocktail under the stars. The primary suite has its own secluded deck and a bath unlike anything else in Los Angeles. A smart gate, vehicle turntable and lock-and-go retreat built for either a full-time Angeleno or those who split their time between cities: an easy weekend escape from the East Coast or a pied-a-terre for Bay Area buyers, with Burbank Airport minutes away. Seller will consider financing for a qualified buyer. Grand View awaits.
