The story

Welcome to your little piece of rural heaven! This 3-bedroom + office home sits on 2.3 acres of usable land, complete with forest trails, a large fenced yard, and plenty of room for everyone inside and out. The location offers the best of both worlds: the privacy and space of Olalla with convenient access to the Southworth Ferry for Seattle commuters, plus easy access to Gig Harbor and Port Orchard. Spend less time taking on projects and more time enjoying the property, knowing this home has all the major systems already in place -- including a new septic tank in 2023. Outside, the large, fully fenced yard offers a great space for pets, play, gardening, entertaining and evenings around the smokeless firepit. Beyond the fenced yard, forested acreage and private trails give you room to explore—no need for a treadmill here, but maybe bring some four-wheelers! A large storage container provides weather-resistant storage or a potential workspace for tools, recreational equipment and gear. The private well delivers great-tasting water and excellent pressure.
