The home's form maximizes the simplicity of steel, glass, wood, concrete and rammed earth construction producing well-proportioned and comfortable living spaces. The element of nature is outside in the not perfect looking textures of the concrete wall structure then you walk into the interior which is 'art' by itself with each different wall texture. The exterior walls of rammed earth were constructed by hand-tamping a mixture of aggregate materials between forms to create a colorful striation. Exactly the material used in the buildings of historic ranches in Arizona and New Mexico. This produced the curvilinear nature to the front of the home bringing an organic texture of art in of itself. As you go through the home, you are always walking toward a point of beauty. Every room has an un obstructed view of Granite Mountain and national forest land. A home full of rich textures , inside and out!
