OFFERING 1% of loan amount toward closing costs or rate buydown w/our preferred lender! Your backyard ends where the Pilchuck River begins. Set on 0.39 acre along the Pilchuck River, this 1,720-square-foot, single-story home is for the buyer who values character, flexible living space, and a backyard that leads to the river. Features: 3 bedrooms (the 3rd bedroom is being used as a large recreation room with a pool table), 2 baths, 2 living rooms; county records reflect 4 bedrooms, offering potential to convert the 3rd bedroom back into 4 bedrooms. Original 1969 wood paneling, built-ins, and a masonry fireplace bring distinct period character, while a wall of living-room windows frames the backyard and river beyond. The kitchen sink overlooks the water, and the primary bedroom opens directly to the back deck. The pool room adds a wet bar, and the pool table stays. Outside, the recently resealed circular driveway provides easy parking, while the backyard slopes gently toward the Pilchuck River. Gather around the firepit overlooking the water, head down the steps to the riverbed, or watch for the seasonal salmon run. Keep the vintage character, update over time, and make riverfront living your own. Outside the flood zone! What a great house.
