The story
Tucked behind a private garden courtyard, this Mid-Century Modern home unfolds as a sequence of discovery. Step inside to walls of glass framing sweeping views across Commencement Bay, the Port of Tacoma and Mt Rainier, with passing vessels creating an ever changing backdrop. Spanning 3,533 SF, the home was designed around the view, with a living room, formal living room and family room offering multiple spaces to gather. The eat in kitchen and breakfast nook overlook both the gardens and Sound, while 3 beds positioned across separate wings create a unique sense of privacy. A new wraparound Trex deck extends the living spaces toward the water and takes full advantage of the remarkable outlook. Beyond the main living areas, a generous bonus room and dedicated artist studio offer exceptional flexibility for creative space, fitness, work or recreation. Completing the property is an impressive 1,200 SF detached 3 bay garage with oversized RV/boat bay. Established gardens and a private courtyard complete this distinctive Browns Point offering.
