You can walk to Gulfport Beach with its volleyball courts and playground. Less than a mile from the condo, Beach Blvd S is lined with restaurants, bars and shops. Even closer to home, you'll find a comfort-food breakfast and lunch diner, fine dining restaurant, small grocery store, and peaceful walks around Ibis Park and its pond. Bring some food for the turtles. Two major grocery stores and additional shopping are about 2½ miles away, and St. Pete Beach is approximately 5 miles from home.
Fairfax House is one of 18 buildings in Town Shores of Gulfport and has one of the lowest monthly dues in the community. It also allows 1 pet up to 20 lbs—something only a limited number of buildings in Town Shores permit. The association is fully funded, and monthly dues actually decreased by $59 in 2026. The building was recently painted, and a new roof was installed in August 2026.
The location of Fairfax House within the community is terrific, with easy access in and out. One of the community's four pools is at the end of the street. This condo comes with a covered carport close to the unit—not every condo in Town Shores has covered parking. There's also covered bicycle storage just one floor below, a shared laundry room with plenty of machines on the same floor, and a convenient trash chute. The condo also includes locked corridor storage #214.
And then there's the condo itself.
This corner unit, with extra living room and kitchen windows, just gleams. The south-side windows were replaced with impact-rated windows in 2022. The remodeled kitchen has granite counters, plenty of real wood cabinetry and pull-out lower drawers for easy access to kitchen and pantry items. There's a dual stainless-steel sink with sprayer faucet and soap dispenser, plus equipment for a water filtration system that is currently not connected. And one of my favorite features: a gas cooktop—a real rarity in our area! The condo doesn't have an individual water heater because hot water is provided by the association using natural gas.
The Florida room is the showstopper, with a wall of windows framing expansive harbor views, Pelican Bay Marina, swaying palms and sparkling water. Wake up to the water from the primary bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom with a heat lamp and a walk-in closet. A hallway of additional closet storage leads to the guest bathroom and 2nd bedroom. The oversized bedrooms are split from each other, adding extra privacy. The entire condo was just painted, the A/C was replaced in 2022, and this place is move-in ready.
