AUCTION: Bidder registration deadline: 4 November. Starting bids expected between $3.75M–$6.5M. A celebrated Northwest equestrian legacy unfolds behind private gates at The Farm, a boutique Arabian breeding estate that has produced more than 30 US National Champions. At its heart stands a timber-frame masterpiece by renowned builders Krekow Jennings, where Black Walnut doors open to a soaring Great Room crowned by a 43-foot rock fireplace and cathedral-like arches framed in century-old BC Fir. Beyond the residence, nine barns with 70 stalls, two indoor riding arenas, and fenced pastures stretch across 53 level acres, complemented by a second residence and staff quarters. Just 90 minutes from Seattle, the estate offers a rare union of pastoral serenity, turnkey operation, and refined Northwest craftsmanship.
