5012 North Yale Street

This house is a rare find! Just two blocks from the University of Portland on an oversized corner lot with a detached two and a half car garage, the possibilities are endless. There is an exterior entrance to the basement with wet bar, bathroom, and bedroom with permitted egress window so it could easily be used as a short-term rental or be converted to separate living quarters. The kitchen has been thoughtfully remodeled to maximize storage with to-the-ceiling upper cabinets, lots of drawers, hidden dishwasher, solid surface counters, and gas cooktop. Charming mid-century features like hardwood flooring, title fireplace surround, French doors, and more are timeless classics!
