The story
Experience the pinnacle of the Pacific Northwest where modernism meets garden-to-table living. Designed by local architect, Douglas Landsem, the home features an open floor plan with gallery-like interiors and soaring ceilings. Created for seamless indoor-outdoor living with folding NanaWall doors, an expansive Trex deck and a custom awning, enjoy year-round panoramic views of the San Juan Islands, Bellingham Bay and the Olympic Mountains. The home was extensively remodeled in 2017 featuring a culinary suite with Wolf and Miele appliances and a spa-like bathroom featuring a Badeloft soaking tub. The grounds are a private sanctuary inspired by French potager gardens with raised beds, fruit trees and a floral cutting garden. A separate art studio offers a creative sanctuary, workshop or potential ADU. With two primary suites on the main floor and guest rooms on the upper level, this home offers a private retreat that is perfect for summer entertaining and enjoying the garden-to-table lifestyle.
