The story
- Basement
Charming Craftsman cottage with inviting spaces inside and out. The spacious living room flows into the dining area. The primary bedroom includes a half bath, while the generously sized second bedroom offers two closets. A fun chalkboard wall brings a playful touch to the hallway. Out front, relax on the paver patio; out back, enjoy a covered sitting area and storage in the large, powered shed. The basement includes laundry, the 3rd non-conforming bedroom that has been used as a storage room (but could be updated to be a home office), and bath fixtures next to the washer & dryer that provide the option to create a more finished ¾ bath. Tucked into a peaceful setting near neighborhood shops, restaurants, Lincoln Park, great schools, and bus lines, this is a lovely home in an ideal location.
