3713 Roberta

Tucked into the trees of Montecito Heights, 3713 Roberta Street is a fully remodeled modern home on three levels. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and about 1,447 sq ft, with warm natural textures throughout. The kitchen comes first. It has light oak-tone cabinets, a fluted wood hood, shimmering sage tile, and stone counters with soft veining. Rattan pendants hang over a breakfast bar that seats four. The kitchen flows into the living room, which has new floors, recessed lighting, and central heat and air. The bathrooms feel like a boutique hotel. They feature brushed-brass fixtures, organic-shaped mirrors, smart toilets, and bold patterned tile, and there's a powder room for guests. The primary bedroom slides open to a large private deck under a mature tree, enclosed by slatted wood screens. The home sits on a 4,181 sq ft lot, just minutes from Debs Park, Highland Park, Dodger Stadium, and DTLA. It's ready for you to move in.
