The story
Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac sits a 2040 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath gem of a home, just waiting for its new owners. You will be amazed with all of the work that has been put into maintaining this home! Newer exterior paint, in ground sprinkler system, new septic system, front yard, and asphalt parking area, blown-in insulation (and we haven't even gone inside yet)! You will love the new hardwoods upstairs and the new carpet throughout the downstairs. Newer electrical panel, hot water tank and furnace. New plumbing in the kitchen. There is also a security system, great for peace of mind. Nice sized kitchen with a large deck attached, and patio below. Perfect for entertaining or just relaxing, maybe with your favorite beverage. Two gas fireplaces, one up and one down for those cold winter nights. Nice! The yard is huge, and the backyard is fenced should you have any pets or little people you want to keep tabs on. You don't often find city lots this size. So, the heavy lifting has been done for you. All that's left is the fun part. Just adding your personal touches to make it your own. Lot's of options here. Come take a look. You won't be disappointed!
