The story
- Basement
Golf, the river and the Flying Goat, all a short distance from home. This classic brick bungalow sits on a tree-lined street near Downriver Golf Course, the Spokane River and Riverside State Park, with the location and the bones already in place, ready for your vision and a little work. The brand-new roof is a valuable recent update. Inside, an arched doorway joins the living room and its fireplace to the formal dining area. The main floor also holds a bath and two bedrooms, one finished in knotty pine and lined with windows and built-ins. The kitchen keeps its leaded-glass cabinets and built-in buffet, with a footprint ready for your own remodel. Downstairs, the unfinished basement has laundry, storage and room to plan a rec room, bedroom and bathroom. Out back, a screened porch and deck step down to a large fenced yard under a mature shade tree, and the lot backs up to Park Blvd with no neighbors behind. A tuck-under garage sits off the driveway. Bring your ideas and make every finish your own.
