The story
Take a look at this completely remodeled ranch in North Knoxville and minutes from downtown. This house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and has been completely remodeled from top to bottom. Almost everything in the house is new including a new kitchen with new cabinets, butcher-block countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, two new bathrooms, new light fixtures, new windows, a new roof, a new HVAC unit, new siding, and new interior paint. The recent remodel created a true master bedroom and bathroom suite separate from the other two bedrooms and bath. The house sits on a great lot with a huge 0.79-acre yard that is just under 350 feet deep from the street. Enjoy an up-to-date house in a great price range close to everything in downtown Knoxville.
