Goose Creek, alive with trout, traces the entire northern border w/ a year-round living waterway of stunning beauty and quiet utility. Meadows ready for cultivation, a rich variety of trees, & dozens of micro-environments ranging from cactus to ferns make this land as functional as it is magical. A majestic cedar grove the owners call the "Cedar Cathedral" crowns the acreage. The cozy home features a loft bedroom, main-floor flex room, & a basement w/ non-conforming bedroom. A 1,000-gallon propane tank, generator, barn, outbuildings, poured concrete foundation, & permitted septic system speak to a property built for true independence.
