The story
Looking for a ground-floor condo in Kent, WA with an attached garage? This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home at 23202 58th Ave S Unit #2-1 is in Windward Cove, part of The Lakes community — and it checks every box: no stairs, your own 1-car garage, a wood-burning fireplace, in-unit laundry, and a private patio. The Lakes is a quiet, established community built around walking trails, ponds, and mature trees — the kind of setting neighbors describe as "a hidden gem." It's also one of the most connected pockets of Kent: Kent Station's shops, restaurants, and movie theater are minutes away, the Sounder commuter train gets you to downtown Seattle in about 45 minutes with just two stops, and I-5 access makes the rest of the region easy to reach. HOA dues cover water, sewer, road maintenance, and grounds care, so upkeep stays simple. Corner lot, sidewalks, and guest parking round it out. This one's built for someone who wants single-level living without giving up space, storage, or a garage. Private setting with with the views of the forest.
