The story
- Waterfront
Lots of recent "freshening". Artistically done "burned wood" look gives this mostly refurbished cottage a whimsical, rustic feeling. 1200 sq.ft. of living space offers a Single bedroom plus a den/office, 1 3/4 baths. Fresh flooring, kitchen cabinetry, new electrical and breaker panel bring the home to more modern standards. Warm Woodburning real brick fireplace to enjoy for those cool Pacific NW days and evenings or warm up after a day of clamming. Exterior pressure treated decks. Hard part of the freshening is done and just a little trimming, finish work and landscaping left to be done. The price has been adjusted to reflect some finish work. The back yard borders a little, lillypad covered frog pond. Just a couple blocks from the sandy expanses of the wide Pacific Ocean beach. Only about a 10 minute walk from the home to get your limit of razor clams or do a little surf fishing or beach combing. Walk just a block North along St Rt 105 to enjoy a renowned "Local Oyster Burger" and your favorite beverage from the popular Local Bar and Grill. Just around the corner from the well maintained Grayland Beach State Park. Whether an economical primary home, VRBO or a weekend getaway this is a great little inexpensive property.
