The story
Beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located right across the street from the Mint Valley Golf Course. This home has its own solar panels (that are all paid off) for a lower energy bill. So you don't have to stress about blasting the air conditioning in the summer from your forced air AC. The main bathroom has been remodeled to allow for easier use with roll in shower access and gorgeous tiled floors. While still being able to enjoy a full tub! Larger bedrooms give everyone their own private areas with 2 living rooms and a pellet stove for extra ambient comfort. The fully fenced double lot has dual access from either side, with extra parking. The backyard has a very large shed structure that could be used for nearly anything. Newly sealed driveway and landscaped lawn. Full laundry room with walk in pantry or canning area. New counter tops in the kitchen, updated vinyl windows with original hard wood floors make this beauty a rare gem.
