The story
Townhouse-style living in Lower Queen Anne. This 2-bedroom plus loft condo spreads 1,184 sq ft over three levels, so it lives more like a home than a flat. Picture a walk up to Kerry Park for the skyline, coffee on Queen Anne Ave, a show at Climate Pledge Arena, then home to a fire in the wood-burning fireplace. The main floor has a kitchen with a small island, a good-sized dining area, and a living room made for hosting friends. A spiral staircase leads up to a loft with a view of the top of the Space Needle, a great spot for a home office, den, or movie nights. Downstairs, two bedrooms share a full bath, with a full-size washer and dryer close by. Each level gives you a little separation, which is rare in a condo. Move-in ready, with refreshed wood floors, freshly painted cabinetry, and a restored tub. An assigned carport space and a storage unit come with it. The 20-unit community sits on a corner lot, and both buildings were re-sided in 2006 with fiber-cement siding and vinyl windows. It is pet friendly, and HOA dues cover water, sewer, and garbage. Seattle Center, the Olympic Sculpture Park, and the waterfront are all a short walk away. Downtown and South Lake Union are close, and Hwy 99 and I-5 are minutes away.
