The story
Tucked away on 2 private acres in Grapeview, this 4bd, 2.5 bath home offers over 2000sq ft of comfortable living space surrounded by the beauty of the Pacific northwest. Adjacent to 80 acres of a Tree farm, the property offers a peaceful, wooded setting with space to garden, gather, work on projects, or simply enjoy a little more room to breathe. The newer 520sq ft detached garage/shop is fully insulated and finished with a wood-burning stove perfect for projects, hobbies, storage, or year round workspace. Enjoy mornings in the garden, evenings outdoors and easy access to Case Inlet with the Grapeview public boat launch less than 10 minutes away. Conveniently situated between Belfair and Shelton, you can enjoy privacy without giving up access to everyday amenities. A new roof was installed in 2024, and a fully connected automatic backup generator provides added peace of mind during power outages.
