200 park street

The historic Lee House at 200 Park Street in Melrose, was built in 1879 by William Lee as his personal residence. As his family grew he expanded the structure into a sprawling 27 room property. During the 1920 & 30's it operated as a prominent boarding house and remained in the Lee family for over 100 years. The room count in mls may be off because not all bedrooms have closets and there are some two room bedroom or double rooms.
