The story
Silver Ridge Ranch is a stunning 45-acre private mountain retreat in Easton, WA — minutes from Cle Elum, Suncadia, and I-90, just 90 minutes from Seattle. The centerpiece is a beautifully renovated rustic lodge with 8 bedrooms sleeping 20, a full conference room, event and meeting suites, wine room, rec room, and commercial kitchen — perfect for gatherings, corporate retreats, and private events. A separate 3,000 sq ft event center with dual HVAC offers incredible versatility: events, car storage, a hangar, horse stables, or hobby use. A natural outdoor amphitheater seats up to 1,500 guests in a breathtaking bowl-shaped setting with a dedicated stage — ideal for weddings, camp sessions, corporate events, or music festivals. Additional outbuildings, horse pastures, RV sites, tent camping, and glamping areas accommodate extended groups with ease. Direct trail access supports hiking, biking, ATV riding, snowmobiling, and horseback riding across open meadows, wooded acreage, and sweeping mountain views. Significant additional acreage offers expansion or open space preservation. Silver Ridge Ranch is the ultimate legacy property — whether as a multi-generational retreat, operating hospitality business, or private mountain estate in the heart of Kittitas County.
