The story
Set in the sought-after Canyon Rim neighborhood, this two time Tour of Homes winner (Architectural Design & Best Kitchen) pairs refined design with exceptional everyday functionality. The light-filled, open-concept interior centers on a statement kitchen with an oversized island, extensive cabinetry, stainless steel gas appliances, solid-surface countertops, and a full-height backsplash. Two private primary suites offer flexibility for guests, multi-generational living, or a personal retreat. Nine-foot ceilings with coffered accents add architectural interest, while ERV energy recovery ventilation and air conditioning enhance year-round comfort. Extra laundry room cabinetry provides convenient storage. A covered patio, epoxy-finished garage, small garden shed, and large corner lot with options for RV parking complete the home. Within walking distance of the Dry Canyon Club and Dry Canyon trails, this residence connects you to the Central Oregon lifestyle.
