The story
- Basement
This property has so much to offer! Fabulous "off the grid" dome home. Custom built for functionality, with touches of the nostalgia of simpler times. Three story, soaring domed ceilings and circular staircases command the central living area. Kitchen has two cooking spaces, a baking wood stove and a heating woodstove! Second floor landing has an office cove, and the bedrooms all have ensuites. The capstone at the top is unfinished, but would be an amazing meditation or yoga room! The house is powered by a 1200 kilowatt generator and 16 deep cell batteries, 12 of which are new. There are 2, 1000 gallon propane tanks and 1, 500 gallon. The house has amazing insulation, stays cool all summer, has 8 solar panels, a pretty wrap around deck overlooking serene acreage. 2 septic systems and 2 wells and RV hookup. A newer garage has lots of storage areas! Raised garden beds, root cellar and the property consists of two 5 acre parcels. Private and gated with lush, high elevation wilderness and bordered by miles of Weyerhaeuser lands. House is in excellent condition. Needs a paint and floor sanding refresh, but otherwise in great shape. A delightful principle residence or get away escape ! Easy to show.
