The story
Very well kept home on acreage set up for horses and animals with easy year-round access off a county maintained gravel road. The home is a mid-80s single wide with quality additions on both sides, creating a comfortable and functional one-level layout. Vinyl siding and a metal roof keep maintenance low, and the covered porch is a great spot to take in the setting. Inside you’ll find a large open kitchen and a home that has clearly been well cared for. Forced air electric heat in the home and a wood stove in the garage for additional utility. The home also has 1 AC window unit and 3 portable units. New front steps at the front door as well as a new 3 bedroom septic. The property is fully fenced and ready for livestock with lots of cross fencing and a barn that includes an attached garage area, plus both a detached carport and additional covered parking up at the house. There’s also an older rustic cabin that is currently being used for storage. Nicely established yard with garden areas already in place. Lots of rock work throughout the property. Solid setup, good access, and ready to use. A $5000 carpet allowance is being offered.
