The exterior was freshly painted in 2024, including the soffits. There are new gutters (2024), new roof (2023), new HVAC (2025) and all windows are protected with impact shutters by Storm Smart including electric roll downs covering the lanai and front door, clear Lexan on the arched windows and accordion style on the rest. All the big-ticket items are already taken care of.
The layout is a true open-concept design, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen connected, yet; separate for easy, everyday living. The recessed triple sliding glass doors open completely to the screened lanai, giving you that seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle Florida is known for.
