You might be thinking this cabin is going to be way out in the middle of nowhere... NO... just 6 MILES to downtown Sevierville and the Parkway, 7 MILES to Soaky Mountain Waterpark and 10 MILES to Dollywood. (see Google Maps screenshots in listing photos)
The main floor features a large living room with a cathedral ceiling with nearly floor to ceiling wall of windows letting in a ton of natural light and that amazing view of Bluff Mountain which is one of the highest mountain tops in all Sevier County. Main floor also has a kitchen and full bedroom & bathroom. The main floor deck wraps around approximately half the cabin and, you guessed it, faces that amazing view.
The top floor has an open air bedroom loft with ensuite bathroom and features a unique catwalk to get to the covered deck with rocking chairs and gives you the best view of Bluff Mountain.
The downstairs has a game room with a card table, TV to catch the big game and multiple games to entertain both kids and big kids alike.
Just because it's rustic, doesn't mean that it doesn't have modern amenities. The cabin is outfitted with multiple flat screen TVs, wifi and broadband internet service powered by Spectrum Communications.
Plenty of parking for several cars, or if you want, there room to bring a truck with tow-behind trailer for motorcycles, hot rods for Rod Run in Pigeon Forge, or even enough space to park an RV with an additional car behind it. There is also an outdoor storage building if the new owner wants to utilize it to store Christmas trees or other larger items that can't fit indoors.
