Buyer acknowledges that this property is being offered as a short sale and that the sale is subject to the written approval of all lienholders and other parties whose approval may be required. Buyer is advised to conduct all investigations and due diligence deemed necessary regarding the Property, including its physical condition, water/fire-related damage, electrical service, repairs, insurability, financing eligibility, HOA documents, assessments, delinquent dues, title matters, liens, and any other conditions affecting the Property or transaction.
