The story
FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY TO OWN A HOME IN MAMMOTH! New photos coming soon. Ski Trails mobile home park is a small, quiet community of just 50 homes. No nightly rentals are allowed but this property would make a great second home or fulltime residence. Taxes and insurance are VERY low compared to owning a condo. This double wide, split floor plan home has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths. It sits on a larger, corner lot with views of Laurel Mountain. There's plenty of room for gardening in the summer and snow storage in the winter. The attached shed will hold wood/pellet storage, etc. This home is on a corner lot with garden areas and grass. The owners have recently installed Pergo flooring and painted the interior. Sale is contingent on seller closing on a replacement property that has already been identified. Priced to sell and ready to put your own stamp on it. This is currently the lowest priced property in town. Bring me an offer!
